The Opportunity: The Procurement Proclamation is based on the key takeaways from the
think tank session held for the CPOs. It was the foundational tentpole for our discovery level CPO content and a big opportunity for us to amplify into various touch points. We took the Hero & Hub methodology of creating and then amplifying our major Proclamation tentpole by focusing on a more campaign minded effort. We worked on materials that could go further to position us as innovation experts and true “thought leaders”.
The Outcome: We launched our proclamation on the Future of Procurement featuring five bold new guiding principles to drive growth and create new sources of enterprise value. The report outlines how transformative leaders can elevate and redefine the role of procurement across the company. The report further branched out to partner assets like a series of LinkedIn Videos and banner ads, email nurture program that linked our audience to the gated landing page to create demand gen leads. Eventually, we shifted gears and created a high-quality and comprehensive “Future of Sourcing” hub that now lives on the main nav of our website.
