The Opportunity: Worked closely with the web dev team to create and refine the CRM templates to streamline the process and increase efficiency. Developed creative and thoughtful designs within the templates to engage and inspire the customer and tell a visual story.

The Outcome: Creating a design system and templates for CRM increased efficiency and productivity by 50%. The team was able to create 2x emails every quarter.
